Mute Artists Limited

This is the now (again) independent record label "Mute", which is again owned by Daniel Miller.
Its actual "Label" name is just Mute, but this is of course occupied by https://musicbrainz.org/label/e0b106a5-4add-4839-9e40-c192457e1bf8

I contacted mute@mute.com for clarification and this was their answer:
"Mute Artists Limited is the legal identity of Mute that is run and owned by Daniel Miller"

I wonder if they should simply be merged, despite then having two different label codes in the database.
