日本伝統文化振興財団 (Nippon Dentou Bunka Shinkou Zaidan, or Japan Traditional Cultures Foundation).

This label may also be known as 'ビクター伝統文化振興財団' (Victor Traditional Cultures Foundation), or perhaps that should be entered into MB as a seperate label. From what I've seen, all releases from this label have catalog numbers starting with VZCG-, which seems to be based on this alternate name. Perhaps the label was renamed at some point or maybe ビクター伝統文化振興財団 is just an imprint of the label. I also do not know if there is any relation with Victor Entertainment in japan, which generally uses VICL and VIZL catalog numbers (and a few more).

Hopefully someone who reads japanese can clear this up, please leave your notes in this annotation or rewrite it entirely.
