Australian company, defunct as an imprint since the merger with Mushroom Records.

Once owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, its publishing rights were bought by Michael Gudinski's Mushroom company (which is now completely separate from the label of the same name), while the large number of master tapes are now under the control of Warner Music Australia.
