No Hope for Better Days

The second album by Ohio based punk band Gen Strike. The band starts to show their "comedic side" a little more here, showing signs of the artist they would become. Also contains the first version of the band's first cult hit "Your Mom." This slower and shorter version of the song would later be re-recorded on their third album "Throw Up" with extended verses , intro and a bridge part all added. The latter version is the most widely known.
Band members on this album are the same as the first. J. Chaos on lead vocals and guitar, Mike Alcohol on bass, and Kyle Bile on drums.
