First Japanese issue. Comes in a standard jewel case with obi strip and extra booklet with Japanese lyrics and notes.

This is a promo copy; it carries a promo sticker (with unique serial number) on the back insert and the disc has a promo imprint ("サンプル", which translates to "sample") on the inner plastic ring.

Identical to commercial release, except:
- "見本品" promo sticker on the JACKET;
- "サンプル" mark printed at disc center.
サンプル means sample.
