"I’ve Got a Pocketful of Dreams" (matrix 1293) was cut on May 23 1938, along with "Now It Can Be Told" + b-side (1294, 1295), but was not released. "A Blues Serenade" (1311) was cut with Malneck's band on July 8, and "Pocketful" was cut with Trotter on July 11 with new matrix 1312. This single was released July 25, 1938 and held #1 spot 4 weeks.
